Even with the few and few resources at our disposal, we have managed to conduct workshops and mini-productions with participants around Uganda. But we believe that we can even do more by extending this opportunity to many more youths out there in rural settings, refugee communities, ghetto communities, war survivors, students in high schools, and higher institutions of learning. Most of these young people have the ability and talent to create very appealing and compelling audio-visual work if only their talent is well nurtured and are mentored.

 

You can partner with us to build the first Audio-Visual resource center in Uganda to facilitate research, youth participation in the building of their own filmmaking industry. This dream is still highly being hindered by the inadequate availability of training and production kits. We have had to confine our services to only a few individuals who can afford to pay for some of our workshops and short course.

 

We believe that with your support of 30 USD a month, or equipment donation, youth will be able to access training and we will be able to reach out to disadvantaged communities beyond the city confinement as you sponsor/ donate equipment, expertise or finances towards this cause.

 

The Equipment we are in most need of currently are;

• Digital Video Camcorders / DSLR & Lenses

• Tripods, Mono-pods

• Camera bags, Slate, 

• Lighting gear,

• Sound recording gear for location sound and as well studio

• Computers – Laptop

• Memory sticks, Portable external hard disks

• Video/ Editing monitors

• Projector to facilitate workshop & community screenings
